Here are some of the most frequent questions our customers ask us.
How long will it take to receive a lighthouse collectible?
Our lighthouse gifts that are in stock usually ship the same day, if ordered before 2pm. Items ordered after 2pm or on the weekend generally ship the next business day. There are exceptions, of course. During peak volume periods, it may take a day or two longer. If a lighthouse gift item is out of stock, it will also take us time to receive a new shipment.
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
Our website is linked to our warehouse inventory system. Each product page should indicate the item is IN STOCK.
