Lighthouse Gift Ideas Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows you to return a lighthouse gift item anytime up to 30 days after you place your order. You must obtain an RMA# prior to returning you item. There are only 2 restrictions on our returns policy.

No Refunds on Personalized Items

Personalized items may not be returned, for any reason. Sorry, we can offer no exceptions on this policy.

No Refunds of Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Return Merchandise Authorization

To obtain a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is important you do so, because if you return an item to our warehouse without this number, it may be returned to our inventory and not properly routed to accounting. You must have an RMA# so our accounting department can properly refund your credit card.
